You will also receive an original artist's rendering of what your rooms will look like according to the floorplan. This painting is a high-end service not usually available to Interior Design clients.

3- Furnishings List
Each piece recommended will be listed with information on price, manufacturer, ordering instructions and clearly shown on the floorplan where the piece is to be arranged.
4- Color Chips & Fabric Swatches
High-quality digital photos of the colors of paints, fabrics and other finishes will be included in your online presentation. A detailed listing of color names, numbers and brands will be included.
All of the above detailed information will be emailed to you as quickly as possible.

You may priint out your design plans and photo pages yourself, or if you prefer, I can mail the printed design pages to you. Either way, you will have online and well as hard copy references for you to use in your design project. This will allow you to email information to your local suppliers or take color samples to the store for purchasing accessories.

Furniture Rearrangement
Want to change the arrangement of your existing furniture?
You will receive a detailed floorplan with an alternate furniture arrangement from what you have now that will create a superior flow and visual balance in your room. The fee for one room is $145 and the other rooms in your house needing a rearrangment can be included for a total of $495 for an entire home rearranging plan!
